听力句式迁移
方法：跟读听力对话（Chantal & Hugo 谈职业讲座）→ 提取口语句式 → 迁移到 P1 话题。跟读找"说话的感觉"，表达时换成自己的内容。
一、对话句式库（先跟读 3 遍再替换）
- Well, I mean we know…, so it's obvious that we may struggle to get work.（承认现实→推导）
- Yeah, but it looks like there's a whole range of… we hadn't even thought of — like X, for instance.
- Overall, she had quite a strong message, didn't she?（总结+反问求认同）
- Perhaps she thinks students are a bit narrow-minded… We're only first years, after all.
- I promised myself that I'd… But I think it's better to… and then aim to get better and better at it.
- I think we'll just have to differ on that issue!（幽默分歧）
- Actually, I'm not going to accept that view. That doesn't mean it has to be true for me.（坚定立场）
- It must have felt amazing — though all she was looking for back then was experience, not financial reward.
- which really made me think.（反思加分句）
- It was really brave the way she picked herself up.
- Imagine you worked in… and found out…!（假设抓注意力）

Morning routine
Well, my morning routine is pretty fixed, I guess. I mean, we all know I'm not a morning person, so it's obvious that I need a strong cup of coffee before anything else.〔1〕Yeah, but it looks like I've got a whole range of things to fit in — like checking my phone, for instance.〔2〕I promised myself that I'd get up twenty minutes earlier this term.〔5〕
Evening time
I thought evenings were for relaxing, especially after a whole day of classes. I mean, study is important, but it's obvious that we need a break too.〔1〕Overall, it's the best part of my day, isn't it?〔3〕After all, we've got a lot to catch up on — friends, hobbies, music.〔4〕
Films
I'm really into films. I mean, we all watch them, but it's obvious that some of them stay with you.〔1〕I wasn't expecting to enjoy documentaries so much.〔2 变体〕Perhaps people think films are just entertainment, but some have quite a strong message, don't they?〔3〕I saw one about the ocean, which really made me think.〔9〕
Sports programme
I mean, I know millions of people watch them, but it's obvious that I'd rather play than watch.〔1〕Yeah, but it looks like I can't avoid them at home — my dad always has football on.〔2〕We'll just have to differ on that issue!〔6〕
三、跟读三步法
- 影子跟读：播放不暂停同步开口，只追节奏（Well 拖长、Yeah but 快转、isn't it 上扬）
- 意群跟读：按意群暂停模仿语气词和停顿
- 角色替换：把句式换成自己的内容角色扮演讲出来
语感清单（重点听这 12 个词）：Well ／ Yeah ／ Mmm ／ I mean ／ you know ／ after all ／ for instance ／ so it's obvious that ／ overall ／ actually ／ I guess ／ isn't it?
情绪词：fascinating ／ amazing ／ brave ／ impossible ／ narrow-minded ／ inspiring ／ competitive ／ exciting ／ appealing ／ intriguing
