听力：方法题型

一、多选排除法（Choose TWO letters）

答题方法：听句子不要一个字一个字听，听的是有"色彩"的形容词。

信息点位置：中文前半部分是重要的信息点；英语句子后半部分是重要的信息点。

例题（农业园艺行业优缺点）

advantages 优点原文：provide special opportunities for those who don't wanna be stuck；can juggle work like child care；salaries can be good；big plus for many。

disadvantages 缺点原文：cold and windy；need to be fit；finding suitable living；modern tech makes it easier。

排除法步骤

听形容词的"色彩"（好坏/优劣）
原文提到但被否定的选项排除（travel overseas — no）
听转折信号（although / but）

二、单选题（sleep and dream）

语法补充：would

'd = had：I'd always assumed → I had always assumed.
would = will 的过去时（过去常常）：He would smoke at this corner before he moved.
would 虚拟语气：I would be happy if you could come.
过去的虚拟：If you had come, you would have seen him.

交通话题（Local council）

we'd expected results of the survey：我们预期调查结果
generally satisfied WITH the state of the roads：总体上对道路状况满意
potholes 坑坑洼洼；complaints by commuters 通勤人的抱怨
