听力五步训练法

核心：动词是听力填空的答案锚。表格填空"起始 = 动词，递进 = 动词后面的信息"。

一、五步法（一套听力用到极致）

1. 边听边记（第一遍直接做题）
2. 做不出来，听着录音再来一遍——对照"我听到的信息和他的区别"
3. audioscript 听细节（看着原文逐句核对）
4. 当音乐听——反复循环，本能地抓到动词
5. 看原文 + 边听 + 边读（第一视角跟读）——你说出来的话就是地道的

二、表格填空示范：Children's Engineering Workshops

• Tiny Engineers (4-5 岁)：create a cover for an egg（drop from a height, doesn't break）；take part in a competition to build the tallest tower；make a car powered by a balloon
• Junior Engineers (6+ 岁)：build model cars/trucks and make them move；build the longest distance；create a short movie using animation software；build and program a humanoid robot
• 细节：five-week block £50；held on Saturdays；Building 10A；from 10 to 11 am；Industrial Estate, Grasford；parking available
• 原句：they work together to design a special cover that goes round an egg, so that when it's inside they can drop it from a height and it doesn't break. Well, sometimes it does break but that's part of the fun!

三、用动词讲口语（得分点在递进）

把听力里的"动词+递进"搬进口语：I can design/build/attach（起始动词）+ that goes round / that is attached to（递进）+ so that / because（结果原因）

示范：DO you like art?（动词版）

• um, actually… in art, I can design a space that goes round my brain, so that when I'm in it, I can drop any thought, and I don't break any rule.
• I can belt out my emotion that couldn't be expressed by language.
• because, in art, I can build a figure of my thought that is attached to my dream, and I actually power my spiritual world.

口诀：把"我不会画画"说成"I can design…that…so that…"——起始动词撑起句子，递进关系撑起长度，想象力撑起分数。
